We don't sell packages. We don't hide costs behind tier names. This page walks you through exactly what our media production course costs, why it costs that, and what each component delivers. Read it like a pricing essay — because that's what honest education looks like.
Most course providers split their offering into Bronze, Silver, Gold — or Starter, Professional, Enterprise. The labels change; the psychology doesn't. You're meant to feel inadequate choosing the cheapest and reckless choosing the most expensive, so you land in the middle. That middle tier is where margin lives.
We rejected that model in 2021. Every learner who enrols gets the same curriculum, the same instructor access, the same project library, and the same certification. The price is the price. There's one course, one fee, one set of outcomes.
Our fee is built from six real cost drivers. We publish them because we think you should know where your money goes — not just what you get in return.
| Cost Component | What It Covers | Share of Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Instructor Time | Live sessions, office hours, async feedback on assignments | 34% |
| Platform & Tools | Editing software licences, cloud rendering, LMS hosting | 18% |
| Curriculum Development | Annual content refresh, industry alignment, new module creation | 16% |
| Project Resources | Stock media libraries, template kits, production asset packs | 12% |
| Certification & Assessment | Portfolio review, grading infrastructure, credential issuance | 11% |
| Learner Support | Technical helpdesk, onboarding calls, community moderation | 9% |
The total course fee is €1,740. That figure hasn't changed since January 2024. We review it annually in December and publish any adjustment thirty days before it takes effect.
Forget vague promises. These are the measurable deliverables every learner completes.
Enrolment opens six times per year. Each cohort runs for fourteen weeks. The first two weeks are orientation and tool setup — no graded work, no pressure. Weeks three through ten are the production core: you build, you get feedback, you rebuild. Weeks eleven and twelve focus on portfolio assembly. The final two weeks are assessment, revision, and certification.
There's no acceleration option and no extension. Fourteen weeks is what the curriculum needs. We tested shorter formats in 2022 and completion quality dropped measurably.
Six modules, taught sequentially. Each builds on the previous one.
Visual grammar, audio principles, software environment setup. Two weeks of structured onboarding with no graded deliverables.
Shooting frameworks, colour grading, timeline editing, export standards. First graded project: a three-minute narrative short.
Recording technique, noise management, mixing, mastering for distribution. Second graded project: a produced podcast episode.
Layout systems, typography in motion, thumbnail and cover art production. Third graded project: a visual identity package.
Combining video, audio, and design into cohesive campaigns. Fourth and fifth graded projects produced here.
Curating work, writing project briefs, building a public portfolio. Sixth graded deliverable: the complete portfolio itself.
Honest fit assessment. We'd rather you not enrol than enrol and drop out.
You want to produce media professionally — freelance, in-house, or for your own brand. You can commit 10–14 hours per week for fourteen weeks. You're comfortable learning software tools from scratch.
You already work in a related field (marketing, communications, content writing) and want to add production skills. You've tried self-teaching and hit a ceiling.
You're looking for passive, watch-at-your-own-pace content. Our course requires active participation, deadlines, and peer collaboration. It's structured intentionally.
You need advanced specialisation in one area (e.g., colour science, sound design for film). This is a comprehensive production course, not a deep-dive masterclass.
The €1,740 fee includes everything listed below. There are no upsells, no premium add-ons, no "unlock advanced features" prompts mid-course.
